I have had a apartment in Majorca for 5 years
and have never been distressed. I love the island for its
diverse scenery, the seasons throughout the year which are
always different and make the winter so short, the culture on
the island is so friendly and welcoming, and you always feel at
home if you are in the country or the capital Palma de
Mallorca, which in itself has everthing you need to enjoy a day
out or a weekend away, from great resturants to fine art, and
always something going on, I have always find something new in
Majorca and never bore of it, and this is why I bought the bar,
as I know the potential is great.
A little bar with a large inside ... about the bar - it is
close to Cala Mandia beach with silver sand, near Porto Cristo
off the road that goes out towards Porto Colom and 15 minutes
from Cala dor, currently a British style bar - the only one
until you get to Sa Coma 6 miles away, it seats 52 and 24 on
the front terrace with room to expand alongside. There is a
back terrace which you could also expand on, and is not used at
present. With a good kitchen and lowcost restaurant, café menu,
we do well on food. It opens at least 10 months of the year as
we have created a local German, Spanish and European following
as well as Brits. We open from 10am to late and have differents
nights of the week such as curry night, steak night etc.
The potential is huge for this bar as the east
coast is expanding fast with low cost apartments adjacent,
villas rentals, and around the corner in Cala Romantica 277
house are to be finished and occupied in March next year and
two further Taylor Woodrow developments are planned for the
area, which are sold mostly to the British. The turnover this
year should exceed 100,000€ and all licenses are in place as my
bookkeeping is done by a spanish abrogado in Cala Millor.
Offered for sale - priced to sell, in the
region of 70,000€. Cheap option for a family bar, with great
new lifestyle on offer. No need to buy any new furniture or
revamp.
