This luxurious penthouse, which has an uninterrupted view of the South East Coast, consists of 2 Double Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen.  In addition it has an extensive roof terrace which is partly covered and completely secluded for sunbathing.

The apartment is fully equipped with top of the range appliances such as Neff & Miele and all the bathrooms are fully tiled, both with large showers and 1 with a bath.

Calogne is a small, tranquil, Mallorcean village 4kms from the busy town of Cala D’Or In Calonge there are 3 restaurants in walking distance of the apartment – all highly recommended.  Buona Tala which has an outside terrace garden for Summer eating and an internal bbq for winter cuisine. 

La Cascina which is a popular Italian Restaurant with a less formal Pizzeria alongside.  Finally, Zab offering Thai cuisine to the very highest standard.

Cala D’Or, which is a more lively resort has numerous shops, restaurants and attractions and a large Marina which is fast becoming one of the most cosmopolitan in Europe and the lively resort is surrounded by an array of restaurants, bars and clubs.

There are seven sandy beaches in the vicinity of Cala D’Or.  The closest beach is around 3km away and there is quite a lot of diversity, from the crowded beach of Cala D'Or (3Km) to the untouched beaches of Cala Mondrago (natural park around 8km away) and Cala Sa Nau (4km).

 

BEAUTIFUL BEACHES

If the beaches at Cala d'Or become too crowded or if you wish to escape from Cala d'Or for the day, many visitors make the short drive (25 minutes) to Es Trenc. This beautiful beach of clear sky blue water and golden sand, backed by pine trees and dunes, stretches for almost 5km along the wild south eastern coast of the island. There are several beach bars serving a variety of local cuisine and snacks.  You can hire sun umbrellas and the beach rarely gets packed with bodies. Be warned though, Es Trenc is popular with nudists and the bodies that you do see are likely to be bare!!

GOLF
3kms away is Val D’Or Golf which is an 18 Hole Par 71 Golf Course offering excellent views of the coast from most holes.  Within 30 minutes of our apartment are several other challenging Golf Courses which offer excellent facilities to visiting golfers.
