Why no prices on this website?

Is this yet another site full of over priced property?

Some of the owners listed on this site have chosen not to publish a price.

Many of the owners on this site also have their properties on inmobiliaria sites.  As the Inmobiliaria's take such high commissions the prices of the properties end up very inflated, sometimes to the extent that they are much much higher than what a Spanish bank would value them at. 

These owner direct listings you see on this site are by their very nature cheaper than high overhead high cost Inmobiliaria prices.  Once the owner has established that your enquiry is genuine, a discussion about price can take place.  Some of the properties listed on this site have owners that need to sell due to circumstances that are beyond their control, loss of a partner or family disputes and may consider any realistic offer.  Also the island is a very strong growth area so prices are constantly changing.  So much of the mainland has been over developed, Mallorca in contrast is now considered more than ever a very desirable place to invest in property.  Previous purchasers of property have now found that the Balears is one of the highest property return plalces accross Europe, not just Spain.
