The client, a select international establishment, based in the South East of Mallorca requires a passionate and creative chef to maintain the excellent reputation of the Mediterranean style Restaurant, Bistrot and events rooms of this young project.
The successful applicant will have not less than ten years previous 4 or 5 star hotel experience or have worked within quality restaurants. They will be jointly responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the department, and should be passionate about quality, style and the ability to continually raise standards. The flexibility and ability to work well within the team is a pre-requisite. Candidates are expected to be within the ages of 25 – 35 years.
Sous Chef- Position now taken

An excellent opportunity for an experienced (not less than 5 years) Sous Chef looking for a progressive and challenging role based within a select international establishment based the South East of the island.
This atmospheric multinational establishment is looking for a senior sous chef to join the brigade. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, able to maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, be able to work as a flexible and active member of a team and have a passion for food. You will be working to serve a stylish menu in all areas of the Mediterranean style restaurant, bistrot and events rooms.
The successful applicant should have experience in most sections of the kitchen – health and safety, food hygiene and first aid and is expected to be aged between 23 – 35 years.

Commis- Position now taken

1st commis chef required for a select international establishment based in the South East of the island.
This establishment is looking to recruit an experienced commis chef with not less than one year of experience in a prestigious hotel or restaurant and aged between 20 – 30 years.

As part of a stable brigade you will be working alongside the Sous and Head Chefs, learning all sections of the kitchen. You should have a flexible approach and be able to work well within a team. There is also the chance to progress through the company. The role will involve working with high quality fresh local ingredients to high standards in a Mediterranean style kitchen.

Waiters- Position now taken

A select international establishment with events rooms require Waiters who are able to deliver first class service standards to every guest.

Candidates will be expected to have previous fine dining experience, be well presented and hold a good command of the English, Spanish and German languages, be aged 18+ and with not less than one year of experience.

Additionally applicants should have an eye for detail, a flexible approach and the ability to work well within a team.

South west Mallorca – Italian ***** Restaurant table waiting and bar area opportunity position

We are looking for a summer vacation worker in the table waiting and or bar areas. We require somebody to work from 7pm in the evening until closure (about 1 – 1.30 am). Experience would be welcome but not necessary. Only presentable workers, no visible tatoos, piercings or unsightly hair. We need someone who is reliable, honest and has good presentation, we will train if the candidate shows commitment. The evening pace is fast for about four hours so the candidate needs stamina and an ability to work swiftly.
