In addition there is a utility and storage area, with ample room for any bits and pieces. The beautiful terrace to the front has amazing views to the coast and plenty of room for full size table and chairs. The roof top terrace is quite astounding with a covered kitchen and secluded shaded seating area plus plenty of room for sunloungers and private sunbathing.
This is a quiet and select community of apartments with a lovely pool area surrounded by lawns. Everything is beautifully maintained and all of the very highest quality.

Calonge itself has several beautiful restaurants, including the renowned Bona Taula and the Zab Thai restaurant, which also offers cuisine to a very high standard. There are also one or two local café bars, bakery, butchers and small supermarket.  It is only 3kms from the busy town of Cala d´Or with its hundreds of restaurants, beautiful cosmopolitan marina and varied entertainments. Calonge is also on the main bus route to Palma.

The church on the central plaza is extremely photogenic, the plaza itself has a small weekly market for fruit and vegetables and occasional local fiestas and entertainment. All in all Calonge is a tranquil, traditional Mallorcan village, which is close to all the usual holiday amenities, should you choose to want them.

There are many beaches in the vicinity of Cala d´Or but there are many more within a short drive offering privacy, gently sloping pine tree coves and calas and some excellent stretches of sand – such as Mondrago, which is also a well maintained and extensive natural park.  Es Trenc is also a favoured destination for many visitors, although it is also the preferred destination of naturists! Nearly all of the beaches have small beach bars and they are rarely packed.

The international golf course of Val d´Or is also close by and tee times are easily reserved for visitors. It has amazing mountain views and the restaurant at the club is well worth a visit as is the Catalan castle and monastery.
