The sandy beach of Cala San Vicente is in walking distance of the villa which is set in a quiet residential area. The small bay has a selection of nice shops and restaurants. The busy centres of Pollensa or Puerto Pollensa, the golf course and the tennis club are in only 5 minutes reach by car.
