Summers Over!! Not back till 2009!! 

Quote 'THAT'S it, sunshine! Hopes of a British Summer were well and truly sunk yesterday when forecasters admitted there simply won't be one this year. Floods, thunder and lightning swept the country leaving scenes fitting for Noah's Ark - and July was heading as the wettest ever known.  

Weatherman said there will be NO prolonged dry spells for the rest of the summer - that must wait until 2009!  help get me out of here and over there to an island in the sun

Great not ordinary basic holiday let apartment this is our second home with all the little extra's to make your holiday accommodation that extra bit more special.   For example enjoy Sky Digital TV which includes ITV 1, 2 & 3 BBC 1, 2 and the rest plus Channel 4 and 5 with many other Digital TV Channels to view, so you can keep up with all the soaps while you are away.... watch DVD's...... also listen to a great selection of music from our terrific personal CD collection which you can enjoy should you wish to stay in the apartment and enjoy a meal or a quite drink on the balcony.   The sun shines on the balconies of a morning and at the rear where you can sit in the evening with a view of the communal garden and watch the sun set over the mountain views to the castle and monastery 

Views From The Apartment

The apartment is very private and not over viewed by any big multi storey hotel.  The view from the apartment balcony is looking over private Villa's at the front  side & rear also from the rear you can view the gardens of the local houses and apartments and the mountain in the distance where the sun sets of an evening over Santayi

 Apartments is situated in a residential area just 6 minutes by car away from the beautiful golden fine clean sandy beaches of Cala sanu and Cala Gran is within walking distance of certain appartments, (there are beaches which have been awarded the blue flag) and the beautiful clear blue Mediterranean Sea, the beach is over 2 km long at Mondrago and there is a wide selection of shops and night life is only 8 minutes  away. within walking distance resturants cafe's, bakers butcher and supermarkets

A Restaurant and Bar with a community pool with 'FREE' SUN BEDS, Cala ferra and car park are all on site.  The local 'Tourist Train' stops just around the corner during the season, and the taxi rank is only minutes away should you wish to take advantage of their low prices.   There is also a Majorcan mallorca bar/restaurant to the rear of apartments which is excellent quality and value.  Local Supermarket only 500 yards away.

Cala Millor and Cala Bona is an ideal holiday resort, to vist very friendly with many English Bars and Restaurants as well as Italian, Indian, Chinese, Spanish and German restaurants.   What ever it is you're looking for, locally it is here.

Please check availability before booking flights.  A non refundable  deposit is required per week to secure apartment villa house.  Sorry No pets.  All accommodation/ apartments are  non smoking (You can smoke on the balcony if you wish and around the pool area but please always outside).

You will need to provide your own towels and vacate the apartment by 12noon on day of departure unless special arrangements have been agreed prior to booking.

Cala d or Cala ferra Cala Egos and Calonge  is an ideal location or base for all ages. The resorts village offers many varied shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.  The local bus service is excellent, taxi's inexpensive and horse drawn carriages and the tourist train in season make this resort the ideal location.

There are several markets to visit, and tour operators should you wish to tour the island arrange a boat trip or a day's excursion.  The resort also offers Tennis, Golf, Kart racing, Cycle Hire, Car hire etc.  Porto Christo Porto colom Porto petro  and Cala Bona Harbour are just 2 of the many places to visit.

The apartment has the following; TV Sky Digital Channels, DVD Player, CD/Tape/Radio with a fantastic selection of personal CD music to listen to and DVD's to watch.   A well equipped American Kitchen, Kettle, Tea Pot, Cooking Hob rings, Micro-wave, Pizza Grill, Toaster, Fridge, Air-conditioning and heating, 'FREE SAFE', Sun Chairs, Sun Mattresses for 'FREE' Sun Beds and a communal pool.   

The apartments have a well maintained communal pool, with sun terrace, tables, and parasols, well maintained gardens, bar/restaurant and local supermarket just 150 yards away.

Transfers to and from the apartment and airport can be arranged om request.
