The farmhouse is close to the village Calonge, a small and tyipical Mallorcan village with good restaurants, bars and shops. It has easy access to beaches and sports facilities, to the villages of Cala d’Or and Porto Colom. The charming Southeast coast is famous for the sandy beaches and secluded bays and offers many possibilites for long hiking or cycling tours. The superior golfcourse of Vall d’Or is only 10 minutes away and there is a variety of watersports facilities available in Cala d’Or or Porto Colom.

A staircase leads up from this lounge to the master bedroom with bath en-suite and dressing room. Another staircase in the livingroom leads up to the first floor which has another sofa lounge with private terrace and doors to two more bedrooms, one of which en-suite, the forth bathroom and the master bedroom.
