The house is furnished with superior quality fittings and furniture throughout. Bright colours, large windows and dark wood create a comfortable ambience. Traditional details such as ceiling beams, sandstone and terracotta floors have been preserved and enhance the modern country style. The groundfloor has an ample living/dining area with access to the terrace and pool area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a lounge. A staircase leads up from this lounge to the master bedroom with bath en-suite and dressing room. Another staircase in the livingroom leads up to the first floor which has another sofa lounge with private terrace and doors to two more bedrooms, one of which en-suite, the forth bathroom and the master bedroom.
The distribution of rooms and living areas make this property an ideal house for two families.
