The lively centre of the village and the popular seaside promenade are only a few minutes drive away. The port offers a nice selection of restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. The house is in easy travelling distance to the beaches of the area, two golf courses and the charming old towns of Pollensa and Alcudia with their colourful Sunday markets.
