This impressive, recently built finca with private pool is located between Santanyi and Cala Santanyi on a beautiful, terraced plot. The villa has 3 individual apartments, which are rented for exclusive use together only.

This finca is located close to Santanyi in the Southeast of the island. The romantic, shallow bays of Cala Santanyi, Cala Mondrago and the picutresque fishing village of Cala Figuera are nearby. Santanyi has managed to keep its original charme and offers good shopping facilities and a nice selection of restaurants. The prestigious Vall D'Or golf course is only a few minutes drive away.
